I hate to announce this, but Utah's farmers market season ends this week! Pass the Kleenex, please.
For those who want to savor the last bit of fall before the snow flies, here's a list of markets and their closing dates.
And for anyone wondering what will be available, here's a Fall Bucket List from the Downtown Alliance of things to buy and do on your final trip of 2012.
Tuesday Harvest Market • ends Tuesday, Oct. 23, 4 p.m. to dusk, Pioneer Park, 300 S. 300 West, Salt Lake City
Wasatch Front Farmers Market at South Towne Center • ends Thursday, Oct. 25, 3 to 7 p.m.; southwest side of mall, 10450 S. State Street, Sandy.
Downtown Farmer's Market • ends Saturday, Oct. 27, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pioneer Park, 300 S. 300 West, Salt Lake City.
Wasatch Front Farmers Market at Gardner Village • ends Saturday, Oct. 27, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Gardner Village, 1100 W. 7800 South, West Jordan.
Wasatch Front Farmers Market at Gateway • ends Saturday, Oct. 27, 3 to 7 p.m.; Gateway Mall, 18 N. Rio Grande St., Salt Lake City.
