Drink of the week • Edison Street, $9, at Bar-X, 155 E. 200 South, Salt Lake City

Bourbon, Drambuie, absinthe, grapefruit butters and a twist of grapefruit make for a stomach-warming drink that offers instant gratification. Bar-X owners say this cocktail is nationally renowned; it was named for Salt Lake City's own Edison Street.
