Drink of the Week • Bloody Mary

$5 •A brunch staple, the bloody Mary can arrive in many incarnations. The Poplar Street version is for those who like a little kick and lots of greens. This vodka-infused tomato cocktail is topped with plenty of green olives, pickled green beans, lemon and lime. There’s enough spice to give the drink flavor, but not so much you’ll need a tissue. Pair this with a made-to-order omelet.
