Regulars at Salt Lake City's original Red Iguana restaurant, 736 W. North Temple, will have to put their cravings on hold the July 9 through 15.

While the Utah Transit Authority tears out the sidewalk and the driveways on North Temple as part of the TRAX construction to the airport, Red Iguana owners will be redoing the restaurant's floors, making equipment upgrades and repaving the asphalt parking lot.

During that week, Red Iguana 2 — at 866 W. South Temple — with have more staff and more tables if you just gotta have that mole.
