‘Melt Mobile’ serves up cheesy samples

Cache Valley Dairy’s new "Melt Mobile" will hit the streets on Friday and Saturday offering samples of grilled cheese. Here’s where to find the food truck and the cheesy goodness.

Friday, June 22

11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. • 245 E. 300 South, Salt Lake City

4 to 7 p.m. • Peterson’s Market, 1777 W. 12600 South, Riverton

Saturday, June 23

10 a.m. to noon • Macey’s, 1300 E. 7850 South, Sandy

1 to 3 p.m. • Fresh Market, 4530 S. Highland Drive, Hollady

5:30 to 10 p.m. • Bees game at Spring Mobile Ballpark, 77 West 1300 South, Salt Lake City
