Summer Produce Tasting Menu at MacCool’s

MacCool’s Public House will host a Summer Produce Tasting Menu Wednesday, June 27, at 6:30 p.m. The event will feature visits from produce specialist Scott Albert and corporate executive chef Michael Showers from food purveyor Nicholas & Co. For $32 enjoy a four-course meal featuring cast iron hanger steak with smoked, roasted morel mushrooms, miner lettuce and Gold Creek cheddar tater tots. An optional wine pairing for each course is also available, ranging from $2.50 to $4.50 per course. Reservations are required through MacCool’s in Foothill Village.
