Triple Crown party at High West Distillery

I’ll Have Another won’t be racing at the Belmont Stakes, but High West Distillery and Saloon, 703 Park Ave, Park City, will host a party Saturday, June 9, to cheer on the winner. Festivities will feature gourmet food, fun facts and a specially created, yet-to-be-announced cocktail.

For $6 enjoy the afternoon’s special, the "Big Pan," consisting of Long Island clams harvested from the Block Island Sound and Gardiners Bay, simmered in Silver Oat whiskey, garlic, Italian parsley and chives, served over a big bed of basil-scented linguine and rusted garlic bread.
