During the month of June, the four restaurants at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort in Little Cottonwood Canyon will be offering three-course dinners for $30 per person.
The Lodge Bistro, The Steak Pit and The Aerie will change these "dine around" menus each night.
El Chanate will offer a set menu that includes a signature salad, a cup of tortilla soup and the choice of Sopes de Asada, Pork Chile Colorado or Pollo en Rajas con Crema (chicken in cream sauce) as well a traditional flan for dessert.
