Wine and spirits educator Jim Santangelo talks about the history and nuances of Scottish whisky on June 10.

"Santangelo and Scotch" is sponsored by SLCmixers, a food-event business.

It runs from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Hillcrest Building, 170 E. First Ave., Salt Lake City.

Cost $35 per person. Must be 21 or older to attend.
