Epic Brewing Co. and the new Pallet restaurant, 237 S. 400 West, Salt Lake City are joining forces for a summer beer tasting dinner.
On Monday, May 21, Executive Chef Buzz Willey will create five dishes each one will be paired with a different beers including two of Epic’s award- winning brews: Wit Beer and Brainless on Peaches.

Seatings are available at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Cost is $55 per person or $100 per couple.
