Whiskey Wednesdays at High West

High West Distillery and Saloon in Park City kicks off a month of "Whiskey Wednesdays" today.

Every Wednesday in May get a different 1 1/2 ounce shot of whiskey along with a gourmet burger for $18. The offer is good from 6 to 9 p.m.

Here’s the schedule:

May 9 • House-made beef-bison burger with High West’s Rendezvous Rye.

May 16 • Lamb burger with Jameson Whiskey.

May 23 • Grilled Hawaiian Ahi burger and Yamasaki

May 30 • Bacon-cheddar burger with High West’s Campfire, single malt scotch blended with bourbon and rye whiskey.
