Buffets are big on Easter.

Several Wasatch Front restaurants have planned large spreads that include all-you-can eat carved meats, seafood, salads, egg dishes and — of course — desserts on Sunday, April 8. It's a great way to make everyone in the family — from little kids to grandparents — happy.

Of course, if grazing isn't your style, there are still plenty of restaurants offering holiday meals that are ordered off a menu.

Either way, this spring holiday is one of the busiest dining days of the year so reservations are recommended: We suggest you make them soon.

Here's a list of what's open. Prices do not include tax, tip or alcoholic beverages.
