Buffets are big on Easter.
Several Wasatch Front restaurants have planned large spreads that include all-you-can eat carved meats, seafood, salads, egg dishes and — of course — desserts on Sunday, April 8. It’s a great way to make everyone in the family — from little kids to grandparents — happy.
