This cooking demonstration/dinner takes place Saturday, April 7, from 5 to 8 p.m. and costs $109 per person. The menu includes shrimp canapes, lamb chops with mint glaze, lobster Thermidor, duchess potatoes, asparagus salad with Champagne vinaigrette and chocolate eclairs.
