Owners of four Salt Lake area restaurants will talk about how they got started in the business and what it takes to be successful on Wednesday, April 4, during the "Lectures in Entrepreneurship" series.

The free panel discussion, sponsored by Westminster College's Institute for New Enterprise, begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Gore School of Business , 1840 S. 1300 East, Salt Lake City

Panelist include: Teresa Nelson, owner and co-founder, Red Moose Coffee Co.; Scott Evans owner of Pago; Bryan O'Meara, owner or Porcupine Pub & Grill and the DoDo Restaurant; and Tom Guinney, partner, Gastronomy Inc.
