Registration is under way for spring and summer classes offered through The Wine Academy of Utah. Utah sommelier and wine educator Jim Santangelo teaches these classes for two different levels of enthusiasts:
Level 1 • Designed for wine enthusiasts or hospitality and retail professionals. This four-week classes teaches students the basics of food and wine pairing.

Level 2 • This nine-week course is designed for enthusiasts and professionals. It will cover 44 wines, 6 spirits, food and wine matching and service training. Tuition includes textbook, study guide, tasting card and six specialty tasting glasses.
When • Saturdays noon to 2 p.m. beginning April 14
