The iconic 1952 Western "High Noon" is this week’s "Tower Through Time" title, playing Friday, March 9, through Thursday, March 15, at the Tower Theatre, 876 E. 900 South, Salt Lake City.
Gary Cooper stars as Will Kane, a marshal who retires and marries his love, Amy (Grace Kelly). On his wedding day, though, Kane learns that a man he put in prison is returning to town seeking revenge. Kane decides he must face down the criminal — but then learns that the townsfolk he protected are abandoning him.
