Cecile Delannes, a U.S. representative of the French Cheese Club, will be in Utah March 15-17, offering educational classes. Delannes, a native to France, has been knighted by the French government for her cheese-making excellence.

Here's her schedule:

March 15 • Harmons' City Creek, 135 E. 100 South, Salt Lake City. From 4 to 5:30 p.m. she will greet customers at the cheese island. From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. she will conduct a class on French cheese and wine along with local wine educator Sheral Schowe. Cost is $59.

March 16 • Delannes will greet customers from 5 to 6 p.m. at Harmons' Emigration Market, 1706 E. 1300 South, Salt Lake City. She will then host a wine and cheese pairing class from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. along with Francis Fecteau, owner of Libation, Inc. Cost is $45.

Saturday, March 17 • Delannes will greet customers from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the cheese island at Harmons' Bangerter Crossing Store, 125 E. 13800 South, Draper. A French wine and cheese pairing class featuring Delannes and Schowe, is scheduled that night from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Cost is $59.
