A launch party for the "Wine School 2011 Yearbook" — a guide written by Utah students who have attended classes through Park City’s Fox School of Wine — will be Saturday, March 10.
The party takes place from 4 to 6 p.m. at Dolly’s Book Store, 510 Main St., Park City. There will be wine tasting for a small fee and books, which normally sell for $19.99, will be discounted.

Kirsten Fox, headmistress at the Park City school, compiled the easy-to-use guide using a year’s worth of student wine reviews. The paperback includes reviews of 150 wines, under $30. Each wine is given a GPA and includes description, price, details and a photo.
To sign up for the party, go to www.facebook.com/FoxSchoolofWine or contact the school at www.foxschoolofwine.com or 435-655-9463.
