The Three Forks Cafe is a new restaurant that recently opened inside the I.J. & Jeanne Wagner Jewish Community Center, 2 N. Medical Drive, Salt Lake City.
The family-owned restaurant serves soups, salads, sandwiches and hamburgers. Popular items include the breakfast burrito, vegetarian chili and turkey cranberry sandwich. Prices from $2 to $12.

The kitchen follows some kosher restrictions, including no pork or shell fish; and no meat and dairy on the same plate. Open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
