Drink peppermint tea.
Why
Nutritional biochemist Shawn M. Talbott, author of The Secret of Vigor, says drinking tea can help curb the craving for sweets.
How
Talbott suggests drinking peppermint tea at night, right before you go to bed. It helps tame your sweet tooth so you don’t end up clawing through the pantry for cookies. He also says the minty tea helps improve digestion and can even alleviate headaches.
