$16 • The High West burger at High West Distillery & Saloon in Park City is indeed high — piled high that is. It’s a welcome challenge to get your mouth around the house-ground beef and bison patty, caramelized whiskey onions, Gruyère and blue cheeses, fried shallots and romaine lettuce. All those ingredients are sandwiched within a house-made caraway brioche roll. House-cured pickles and french fries come alongside.
