Lobster festival coming to Bountiful

The fourth annual Maine lobster festival at Thyme and Seasons Marketplace, 3211 S. Orchard Drive, Bountiful will be Saturday, Feb. 11. Seatings available at 5:30 and 7 p.m. Cost is $40 per person.

Chef Hai Fitzgerald offers a full dinner that includes: New England clam chowder, butter nut squash and Romano cheese risotto, steamed vegetables with sauce, and a 1 to 11/4 pound steamed live Maine lobster served with drawn butter and orange mango coconut sauce. Guests also get a choice of dessert. Options include chocolate crème brulee, cheesecake, flourless cake or truffle.

Prime rib, mahi mahi, salmon, and chicken are available in place of lobster.
