Grub Steak Restaurant in Park City is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, a milestone few Utah restaurants have achieved.
While other restaurants change direction with every new food fad, Grub Steak has stayed true to its Western roots, said Hans Fuegi, owner of Grub Steak since 1991. It is an "off the beaten track" restaurant that is known for finely aged steaks, fresh seafood and is popular for its 45-item salad bar.

The Prospector Square restaurant also has remained independently owned, one of the reason why employees stay.
"Our executive chef, Brian Moody, has been with us since 1986 and his brother, Greg, has been the grill chef for the past 27 years," said Fuegi.
