Jazz forward Richard Jefferson missed practice Thursday because of a sore back.

Jefferson's availability Friday night against the Los Angles Lakers will be a game-time decision, according to team spokesman Jonathan Rinehart.

Jefferson has started all 31 games this season. He averages 10 points an 2.9 rebounds in 26.5 points. He leads the Jazz in three-point percentage.

The Jazz come off a 104-94 loss at Memphis on Monday night.

Coach Tyrone Corbin gave his players two days off for the Christmas holiday before the Jazz reconvened for a noon practice on Thursday.
