The Utah Jazz are changing D-League affiliates for the fifth time since 2006, the team announced Monday. Coming on the heels of the Sacramento Kings establishing a single-team affiliation with the Reno Bighorns on Thursday, the Jazz will now be one of five teams aligned with the Bakersfield Jam.

The affiliation was first reported by The Salt Lake Tribune last week.

The Jazz have previously been affiliated with the Albuquerque Thunderbirds, the Idaho Stampede (twice) the Utah Flash and the Bighorns. The team will share the Jam with the Los Angeles Clippers, the Toronto Raptors, the Phoenix Suns and the Atlanta Hawks.
