The Jazz play Golden State on Tuesday night in what has become a game with major playoff implications. The slumping Warriors are sixth in the Western Conference, one game ahead of Utah. ... Randy Foye made one 3-pointer against the Timberwolves, giving him 122 this season. He needs eight to break Memo Okur’s single-season record for 3-pointers. ... After losing to the Jazz, Minnesota coach Rick Adelman said, "They are a hard team to play. We know that, and we talked about it. They are very physical. They are going to grab and hold and foul. You’ve got to play through it. You’ve got to be strong and play through it and I thought, at times, we didn’t do that."
