Tyrone Corbin has felt like a college coach lately.

When the Jazz play Washington on Wednesday night at EnergySolutions Arena, it will be only their third game since Jan. 12.

"You have a couple of days to prepare for the next game," Corbin said, smiling. "It's been like college."

The break in the schedule has given the Jazz a chance to recover from a hectic pace in November and December, but it has also challenged Corbin to keep his team playing well.

Utah has won five of its last six games, including three in a row.

"We've been playing pretty good," Corbin said. "When you are playing well, you kind of want to ride that momentum. ... But we've had good days of practice and the guys [are] rested."

The Jazz practiced Tuesday morning in preparation for their meeting with the suddenly-improved Wizards.

Washington is only 9-30 this season, but has won five of its last seven games.

Point guard John Wall will play his seventh game since returning from injury against Utah. He is averaging 14 points and has provided a spark during the Wizards' current 2-2 road trip.
