The Jazz used a huge second quarter — fueled by a lineup without a player over 6-foot-8 — to get back on track.
Mo Williams and Gordon Hayward were the guards while DeMarre Carroll and Marvin Williams joined Millsap in a mini-frontcourt.
Utah outscored Toronto, 38-23. During a devastating 24-9 run, the Jazz buried 3-point shots on four of five possessions.
“We had to pick the tempo up a little,” Corbin said. “I thought we spaced the floor well. Then, we pushed the tempo a little more because we could run.
“Defensively I thought we did a good job because we were all aggressive. ... The backside guys did a good job of helping out.”
Millsap scored eight points in the second quarter.

“We had guys flying around out there,” he said. “ ... We had good movement.”
Carroll was another catalyst.
He energized the Jazz with six points, five rebounds, one steal, one assist and one blocked shot.
“I saw it sitting on the bench,” Carroll said. “I realized we didn’t have a lot of energy and I was just waiting my time. When coach called on me, I knew we didn’t have enough energy. So I ran in there and did what a junkyard dog does.”
Carroll credited his teammates for a five-man effort that Toronto could not match.
“We just scrapped,” he said. “It’s all about being scrappy. We were small but everybody helped each other. We were swinging the ball — knocking down threes. When we play like that, it’s fun. Once we started playing like that, it was real fun.”
