Enes Kanter continued his strong preseason play with 21 points and 11 rebounds Thursday night, leading the Utah Jazz to a 97-91 victory over Portland at EnergySolutions Arena.

Derrick Favors also contributed 21 points for Utah, while Al Jefferson scored 11 of his 15 in the third quarter.

Kanter scored 10 points in the fourth quarter, when Utah used a 10-2 run to build an 85-78 lead with 6:18 remaining.

Portland never got closer than two down the stretch as the Jazz ended their preseason with a 5-3 record.

Wesley Matthews led the Blazers with 24 points, including a pair of late 3-pointers that trimmed Utah's lead to 93-91. But a rebound basket by Kanter with 1:46 remaining stopped Portland's momentum.
