The Utah Jazz say starting point guard Devin Harris will be a game-time decision Wednesday night against Phoenix because of a sprained ankle.Harris was injured in the third quarter of the Jazz's 102-97 victory Portland on Monday night at the Rose Garden. "It was sore last night," Corbin said. "So we'll see."Utah practiced Tuesday morning, without Harris. The Jazz will likely start Earl Watson if he is unable to play against Steve Nash and the Suns. If Harris can't go, Jamaal Tinsley will also get playing time against Phoenix. He played 18 minutes against the Trail Blazers and finished with three points, six assists and two steals.With the Jazz leading, 98-97, Tinsley's steal led to a Paul Millsap dunk with 20.7 seconds left that finally turned the game in Utah's favor.Tinsley "played some great minutes for us and actually won the game for us with that steal toward the end," coach Tyrone Corbin said. "He ran the clock a little bit and made that great pass to Paul for a basket. I think that's the game. You don't give them an opportunity to make a shot. You run the clock down. Then you make a pass to put us up three. It puts a lot of pressure on them. I think that was the key play of the game for us."— Steve Luhm
