Two people died in a traffic crash Sunday night in Bluffdale.

The couple was in a sedan traveling north on Camp Williams Road near 15500 South about 8 p.m. when the driver lost control of the car.

"We're assuming it was weather-related," said Saratoga Springs police Cpl. Aaron Rosen.

The car collided with a southbound SUV, ejecting the driver, who died Rosen said. The driver's wife also died when the car crashed.

Police did not identify the victims Sunday, pending family notifications.

A woman in the southbound vehicle suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital. Her three children suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene, Rosen said.
