Science Movie Night
Sept. 7 • The Utah Museum of Natural History announces its Science Movie Night, screening the documentary "The Life of Birds" that explores the most colorful, popular birds on Earth. Rooftop concerts
Sept. 10 • Provo City kicks off its first Rooftop Concert Series with local singer-songwriter Benton Paul. 8 p.m. on the roof of the Provo Town Square parking terrace. Paul has shared the stage with artists such as the Jonas Brothers and David Archuleta, and rubbed shoulders with Jimmy Eat World, Vertical Horizon and The Killers. Sept. 10 • Newpark Town Center continues its new Friday Night Fall Concert Series. This week Sin City Soul performs from 6-8 p.m. at the center, 1456 Newpark Blvd., Park City.
Broadway and opera under the stars
Sept. 10 • Come enjoy a little Broadway and opera under the stars. Utah opera singers Genevieve Christianson and Christopher Holmes will perform songs from shows such as "Phantom of the Opera," "West Side Story" and "The Magic Flute." Celebrate Gilgal Garden
