Gov. Gary Herbert led the Utah Symphony in rehearsing John Philip Sousa's "Stars and Stripes Forever" at the orchestra's final rehearsal Monday before its Mighty 5 Tour, a series of free performances and educational activities in Utah's five national parks. "With a little help from Maestro Thierry Fischer, who knows what I could do?" the governor, who received a short coaching from the Utah Symphony music director, mused after the rehearsal.
