Blue Lemon expands to Ogden
Blue Lemon will open its sixth eatery this fall in Ogden, co-owner and CEO Aaron Day announced recently. The 4,000-square-foot space will be at 339 E. 2250 South in The Junction area near the LDS Temple. Blue Lemon also has restaurants in downtown Salt Lake City, Cottonwood Heights, Highland and Gilbert, Ariz. A new Sandy location is expected to open in September. Scooters Coffee opens in Roy
Scooter’s Coffee, a Nebraska-based franchise, recently opened its first Utah store in Roy, 1900 W. Riverdale Road. The restaurant serves coffee and espresso, hot and cold lattes, homemade pastries, breakfast burritos and oatmeal. The shop has indoor and patio seating, a fireplace, free Wi-Fi and a drive-thru. Open Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday, 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
