Park City Kimball Arts Festival • More than 200 artists — including 70 new artists — are participating in the festival this year along with the live entertainment and cuisine from Park City restaurants. Information, www.parkcitykimballartsfestival.org/.

When: 5-9 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday

Where: Park City Main Street

Admission: Weekend pass for adults $10, children/students ages 6-17 $5, children 5 and under free

Hellfire • This annual event draws rocket specialists and spectators from all over the Intermountain area for launches of rockets up to 18 feet tall. Information, www.uroc.org.

When: Starts 9 a.m. daily through Sunday

Where: Bonneville Salt Flats, take exit 4 on Interstate 80 and follow the signs

Admission: Free to spectators

Springville World Folkfest • This festival of folk dance features more than 250 performers from around the world. Invited groups this year include Bangladesh, Belgium, Lithuania and Sierra Leone. More information, www.worldfolkfest.com/index.php.

When: Begins 6 p.m. daily through Sunday

Where: Spring Acres Arts Park, 620 S. 1350 East, Springville

Admission: Adults $10, children 3-12 $5, family pass (two adults and four children) $30

Day of Hope Car Show • See some cool cars in this fundraiser for child victims of crime served by the Children’s Justice Center. Information, www.dayofhopecarshow.com.

When: Noon-4:30 p.m. Saturday

Where: West Jordan Veterans Memorial Park, 1985 W. 7800 South, West Jordan

Admission: Free for spectators
