Bo was on a train (paging Dr. Freud!), seeking to unravel the mystery of The Wanderer, while her supernatural Fae friends and her human BFF, Kenzi (Ksenia Solo), worked to bring her back to the real world.

Over 13 episodes, the show pulled off some humorous side trips, including a "Groundhog Day"-inspired episode and a gender-bending bit where Bo lived out the past life of her sometime boyfriend, Dyson (Chris Martin lookalike Kris Holden-Ried).

The final episodes borrowed from the "Game of Thrones" playbook, tragically killing off a couple of beloved characters on the way to a save-the-world conclusion.
