Hogle Zoo Unbirthday • Hogle Zoo is celebrating all its animals with an unbirthday party complete with crafts for kids and activities for the whole family. Special celebrations are scheduled for some of the zoo's oldest animals including Dari, the oldest African elephant in North America, who will receive a cake at 10:30 a.m. Information, www.hoglezoo.org.

20th annual Heart & Soul Music Stroll • More than 30 bands will be performing on porches throughout the Sugar House neighborhood, sponsored by Utah nonprofit Heart & Soul, which takes music and performing arts to isolated people. The day will culminate with dancing in the street to music from a 20-piece big band. Information, www.heartsoul.org/.
