(Steve Griffin | The Salt Lake Tribune) A mural painted on lockers inside the old Granite High School building in Salt Lake City, Utah Thursday, May 15, 2014. The old building will house "Dreamathon," an interactive art exhibit that utilizes murals, photography, music, writing and storytelling to empower visitors to discover and live their dreams. Over 150 artisans from the local community have joined together to create a landscape of dreams by transforming the main section of the historic building.

Where: Granite High School, 3300 S. 500 East

Admission: $3

Nature Walk/Snowshoe Tour » Learn about snow science, winter wildlife tracking, and unique animal adaptations to winter. This tour takes place on generally flat terrain. Come prepared with snow gear, such as boots, snowpants, hats, gloves, coat, etc. Information, www.swanerecocenter.org/ or 435-649-1767.

When: 10-11:30 a.m. Saturday

Where: Swaner EcoCenter, 1258 Center Drive, Park City

Admission: $10, one child under age 6 is free per paying adult
