Food Truck rally Wednesday at Draper Whole Foods
The soon-to-open Whole Foods Market in Draper will hold a Food Truck Rally on Wednesday, May 21, featuring street food from Salt Lake City's top food trucks, including Chow Truck, Off the Grid, Sure Fire Pizza, Georgia Boy, Bruges Waffles, So Cupcake and more. Those in attendance will also get the first taste of "Draper Dandy" ice cream from Whole Foods new Scoop Creamery. The Draper location is the first Whole Foods Market in the country to have an in-house creamery. Scoop Creamery will make more than 30 flavors of homemade ice cream, ice cream sandwiches and sorbets.
