Winkie a Great Horned Owl and third-grader Dallas Mullett take a good look at each other on Wednesday at the Tracy Aviary in Liberty Park. Third graders from Hawthorne Elementary in Salt Lake City previewed the Halloween activities the Aviary will be offering this weekend. In addition to arts, crafts and education programs there will be a "hoot-off" with Winkie. Prizes will go to those contestants whose hoots are most like Winkie's. Photo by Mike Kautz 10-23-02
