Visit Spain during Leo Libations class

Explore the wine regions of Spain during the monthly Leo Libations class at the Leonardo. Jim Santangelo, owner of the Wine Academy of Utah, will explain the wine regions and styles and help students understand how geography, climate and soil affect the grape characteristics. Must be at least 21 to attend. Leo Libations continues the first Thursday of each month.

Historic Pub Crawl visits Exchange Place

Learn about Utah beer history while sipping a brew at one of Salt Lake City’s well-known watering holes during the monthly Historic Pub Crawls, sponsored by The Utah Heritage Foundation. This month the crawl visits Salt Lake City’s Exchange Place business district and the Newhouse and Boston buildings.

Chef Wars in Park City

Three Park City restaurant chefs will compete for bragging rights and a good cause during "Chef Wars!" — a benefit for Friends of Animals Utah, "no-kill" animal rescue group. Chefs from High West Distillery, Zoom and Shabu will each prepare an appetizer, entrée and dessert on the fly.

Get a seat at Park City’s ‘Grande Table’

Reservations are being accepted for the "Grande Table," a dinner party that runs down the middle of Park City’s Main Street. Two dozen restaurants are participating in the event, part of Savor the Summit: 350 Main, 501 Main, Bandit’s Grill & Bar, Bangkok Thai, Bistro 412, The Bridge Café, Buona Vita, Butcher’s Chophouse, Café Terigo, Cisero’s, Cuisine Unlimited, Flanagan’s on Main, Flying Sumo, High West Distillery, Mustang, Purple Sage, Reef’s, Riverhorse on Main, Shabu, Silver, Table One, Wasatch Brew Pub, Yuki Yama and Zoom.
