Show of the week » Here comes another attempt to make the cello sound cool, and it might just work. Break of Reality is a four-person band, made up of three classically trained cellists — Patrick Laird, Adrian Daurov and Laura Metcalf — and a percussionist, Ivan Trevino. The four perform rock songs, ranging from covers of Metallica and Slayer to original songs. (The group’s new album, "Ten," is all originals.) They also made a splash earlier this year with a cover of the "Game of Thrones" theme song, which has netted more than 3 million views on YouTube.
