Show of the week » The biggest change to Gainesville, Fla., punk-rock band Against Me!’s lineup came in 2012, when frontman Tom Gabel came out as a transgender woman and became the band’s frontwoman, Laura Jane Grace. The band’s 2013 album, "Transgender Dysphoria Blues," delves into Grace’s struggle with gender dysphoria — as well as themes such as "the loss of a young friend and pure self-discovery, as well as love and ultimate acceptance" — in a loud, rocking tone. Opening acts: Laura Stevenson, Cheap girls.
