¡Feliz cumpleaños! to Salt Lake City's Frida Bistro. Celebrate the artful Mexican restaurant's fourth anniversary with the colorful lubina al pistacho, or pistachio-crusted sea bass. It's topped with creamy corn, cilantro and jalapeño sauce and served with Mexico risotto and cauliflower.
