Robotics finals » Dozens of robots created by almost 2,000 teenage engineers from nine Western U.S. states and Alberta, Canada, will compete at FIRST, the For Inspiration and

 Recognition of Science and Technology regional robotics competition. Winners go on to the national championship next month in St. Louis. Information, www.utfrc.utah.edu/.
