We dare you to find a more succulent, fall-off-the-bone lamb shank in Utah. Braised, spiced to perfection and then served in a lamb-dripping based gravy, each bit was rich and intense. And we made good use of the hot-from-the-tandoor sesame naan ($1.59) for sopping up all the gravy.
