This week, thanks to the Super Bowl on Sunday, chicken wings are on everyone’s mind. Vegetarians and vegans can enjoy the flavor thanks to these "chicken" tenders recently named one of the Top 10 Vegan Wings in the U.S. by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. The wings, which snagged the No. 8 spot on the national list, are made of seitan, which is then breaded, fried and tossed in a house-made spicy Buffalo sauce. And just like the meaty cousins, they come with vegan ranch dressing and celery sticks for dipping.
