U.S. Grand Prix freeskiing » Many of the world’s best freeskiers will compete in halfpipe and slopestyle as they try to qualify for their countries’ Olympic freeskiing teams. Utah’s Animals » On the first Saturday of every month, the natural history museum allows visitors to get up close and personal with critters. Animals on hand this Saturday include the Great Basin gopher snake, North American bullfrog and Great Basin Spadefoot toad. More information, www.nhmu.utah.edu/utahs-animals.
