DVD • The sheer waste of comic talent in the horror spoof "Hell Baby" is staggering. The writing-directing team of Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon (the guys behind "Reno 911!") assemble a cast of really funny people — Rob Corddry, Leslie Bibb ("Talladega Nights"), Keegan-Michael Key (of Key & Peele) and Riki Lindholm (of Garfunkel & Oates) — and generate almost no laughs.

Instead, this story of a couple (Corddry and Bibb) who move into a haunted New Orleans house and must call upon two roving exorcists (played by Garant and Lennon) just lies there like a lump as the performers try unsuccessful to ad-lib their way out of trouble.

This movie didn't need an exorcism, it needed an intervention. —
